Join a supportive community of peers for nourishing teachings and heartfelt conversation. We’ll look at the myths and realities of aging with a focus on how living mindfully helps reframe life changes and points you to your own inner resilience. This retreat will combine teachings, innovative experiential activities, partner and small group discussions.
