Copper Beech Spring Day of Mindfulness: Exploring the Inner Landscape - 2019

Give yourself the gift of a day of silence. This daylong retreat will emphasize the ancient and universal roots of mindfulness. Guided meditation instructions, sustained moment-to-moment practice, and the silent environment will all support deep reflection. Practices will include sitting, standing, walking, lying down, mindful eating and mindful yoga. Both those who are new to practice and experienced students are welcome; the day will offer something for anyone interested in exploring time in quietude.
