Éowyn Ahlstrom

Éowyn Ahlstrom’s practice began in the early 1990s, when she discovered that meditation can be helpfully practiced anywhere! She facilitates contemplative education programs that emphasize mindfulness, compassion, meditation and yoga. Éowyn also consults with both individuals and organizations to provide pragmatic guidance and support for integrating contemplative awareness into the complexities of modern life. She has served as an assistant director at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, founded Middle Path Healing Arts, co-founded the Mindfulness and Health Institute and is the author of Mindscapes: Practice Poems.
