This four-week course will explore mindfulness of the body and ways to cultivate greater healing and wholeness throughout our whole being.

We humans tend to live in our heads. We revere the power of the mind and learn when we’re young to identify with our thoughts, even (or especially) when they cause us suffering and distress.

A mindful relationship with the body brings us down from our heads and into our whole being. When we’re able to connect in this way, we feel more at home in our own skin and in the world. Our center of gravity shifts, and our perceptions change — in a healing, restorative way.

Together we will:

  • Discover the profound potential of the body as a vessel for healing and transformation.
  • Learn to listen to its innate intelligence and tap into its reservoir of wisdom.
  • Delve into the intricate interplay between the mind and body, unraveling the mysteries of how our physical well-being influences our mental and emotional states.
  • Explore the subtle body, where emotions manifest as sensations and feelings.
  • Cultivate awareness of the body’s language, allowing for a deeper understanding and integration of our emotional experiences.
  • Be introduced to practical techniques and tools for infusing mindfulness into your everyday routine.
  • Gain an understanding of how to anchor yourself in the present moment and cultivate a sense of inner peace amidst life’s challenges.

Join us and awaken to the wisdom that resides within. Together, let’s journey towards greater self-acceptance, wholeness, and a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.
