Introduction to Meditation: Becoming Present is a foundational experience of mindfulness. During your time in this online course, you’ll be introduced to practices, a primer in mindfulness, and invitations to learn in the moment. Mindfulness is an experiential process that unfolds gradually and is highly individual. This course is created with all of this in mind. With several learning formats in the mix, you’ll explore this practice of presence and awareness, through a guided journey with Copper Beech Institute facilitator, Sandrine.

Whether you are looking to reduce stress, create a better team dynamic at work, communicate more effectively, or are just curious about what mindfulness is and how it might benefit you … this course is for you!

No prior experience is needed, and this course is designed to be accessible to people from all walks of life, and also for those for whom English is a second language.
