Sandrine Harris

Sandrine Harris, SEP, GCFP, RSMT/E, Meditation Facilitator Sandrine is passionate about embodiment, connection, savoring the natural world, and staying curious. She facilitates experiences in a rich process of embodied mindfulness, meditative practice, and healing trauma and chronic pain syndromes. She has been offering retreats and trainings internationally for over a decade. Sandrine holds several mind-body certifications, including in Somatic Experiencing® (SEP) and Feldenkrais® (GCFP), and is a registered Somatic Movement Therapist/Educator (RSMT/E). She has studied meditation with Sharon Salzberg, trauma-sensitive mindfulness with David Treleaven, healing chronic pain with Dr Howard Schubiner, and integrating and processing traumatic lived experience with Peter Levine, among many others on this path of embodied presence and connection. She is the co-author and former co-facilitator of Copper Beech’s Mindfulness Facilitator Certification program (MFC), and has facilitated retreats at CBI since 2016. Sandrine holds a private online practice, facilitates annual retreats and trainings globally, and her practice is collectively referred to as Emergent Nature.
