Releasing to Rest: Restorative Yoga and Meditation
With Miranda Chapman

In the deep throes of winter treat yourself to the nourishment a prolonged restorative yoga practice followed by periods of guided, silent, and writing meditations can offer you. Give yourself the time and space to rest, renew, restore, and re-center through learning the practice of stillness within and without.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a journal, if you have one.
