IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners

Each new year unfolds another layer of our lives. Being resilient is the ability to be flexible in the face of difficulty and change, and to return to a state of well-being and balance. When we listen in ― mindfully attending to our bodies and minds ― we cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves, increasing our resources for personal resilience as well as our capacity for vitality and joy in the everyday.

This retreat invites a rich process of tuning in through yoga and gentle movement practices, mindfulness meditation, writing exercises, and pathways in self-care. We’ll explore:

  • How can we best support the parts of ourselves that need attention
  • Tools to help relieve feelings of stress and overwhelm, and bring us back into balance
  • How we can connect with our own inner resilience to more fully experience the present moment

Through the use of yoga and breathing practices along with writing exercises, Sondra will delight and transform your experience of being human. Sandrine will weave in gentle movement and mindfulness meditations for presence, well-being and self-care.

You will be guided through a joyful process of renewal and discovery. Come as you are, ready to deepen your self-care and experience your resilience, to inspire your path in the new year ahead.

All are welcome to attend. No experience with yoga, movement, or meditation is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in, layers for warmth, and bring a journal and pen.

Tuition is $250 plus accommodations.
