In this most challenging time, how do we make space for present moment clarity and pleasure? What can we do when overwhelm and worry start to overtake our thoughts? How can we grow a personal practice to keep balance on the inside, and to move our bodies into more ease?

This workshop is an invitation into the refuge of awakening through your wholeness. it’s an integrated experience of mind-body-heart, through gentle movement (based in intuitive forms of moving with the breath), mindfulness meditation, talking and sharing, and deep listening. This is an intense and challenging time, and working with pathways to soften into improved patience and empathy, and inner spaciousness, are all a part of what you’ll explore with a community of folks from all different walks of life.

Sandrine offers this retreat annually, and is heartened to share practices and skills for being with all that comes up through this time of change and challenge of 2020. This retreat is open to all adults, and no experience with movement or meditation is needed to attend. You’ll be guided through a process to come closer to yourself, to relieve stress and overwhelm, and to be in clearer relationship with your experience of being alive right now.

Please wear comfortable clothing to move in, and have a beverage nearby and a pen & paper. Set aside this time for yourself, and unplug to recharge your own batteries.
