Join us for a joyful pre-holiday event!

One of the most powerful ways that we can connect to ourselves in the present moment is through moving our bodies. Whether it is dance or martial arts or exercise or yoga, feeling our innate vitality through our physical form is a huge part of awareness practice and having a holistic sense of how we show up from moment to moment.

With spaces of guided facilitation and structured play, as well as periods of freedom and deep listening, we will explore what it means to fully inhabit our bodies outside of a specific form of movement. Using both periods of silence and music, we will discover the joy in simply having a body that moves, and learn from our community and ourselves what it means to express this in a way that is energizing and pleasurable!

Let’s come together and share a practice of embodied joy, freedom, and community!

Adults of all ages are welcome, and no experience with movement is necessary. You’ll be guided on this journey and supported along the way! Please wear comfortable clothing, and be prepared to move in bare feet.

Admission is $20. Advance registration is encouraged.
