Each one of our senses anchors us into ever-changing realities in unique ways. In a program that is both playful and powerful, Marcie will provide a series of activities that tantalize all the senses. With the sacred tones of the Celtic harp, we will:

  • Touch, see, hear, smell, and taste the present moment
  • Let go of the distracting, grasping, self-doubting mind
  • Flow into the freedom and joy of simply being

Marcie’s original improvisations will provide a river of fluidity, ease, and delight. The therapeutic contemplative harps will guide us to our true center, along with Marcie’s creative guided imagery, positive psychology activities, neurolinguistic programming techniques — all paired with new mindfulness activities. Our intention is to awaken and ground ourselves moment by moment in new ways.

Give yourself a day of full throttle presence, filled with wonder, joy, and aliveness.
