Martha Rouleau

Martha Rouleau has been a committed public school educator for over 30 years and is presently a middle school assistant principal. Martha discovered mindfulness in 2007, and after completing the eight-week training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, she recognized an increased ability to be in the present moment with awareness and greater well-being and ease.

Martha went on to complete multiple trainings for children, including Mindful Schools and the Mindfulness in Schools Project adolescent program called .b (Stop, Be, Breath). She also teaches MBSR in area towns, presents mindful parenting strategies, and offers workshops to assist educators in mitigating the stress presented by the current educational landscape.

Martha’s passion is to support others through mindfulness as they cultivate skills and tools to live a more authentic life with enhanced wellbeing, compassion and connection to self, others, and life.
