Anne Dutton

Anne Dutton, LCSW, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, is a psychotherapist, mindfulness and meditation instructor, yoga therapist, and published Buddhist scholar. She teaches the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course at the Copper Beech Institute and the Yale Medical School, Department of Psychiatry. She has a private integrative psychotherapy practice in New Haven, CT. Anne holds a master’s degree in Buddhist Studies from Yale University, a master’s in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University, and a certificate in psychoanalytic psychology from the Western New England Psychoanalytic Institute. She is qualified as a mindfulness teacher through the University of Massachusetts Medical School and certified as a yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
