Women’s Empowerment Circle: Living Vivaciously!
With Mensimah Shabazz
August 4, 2019
We all have been dispirited, depressed or disheartened at one point or another in our lives. In this women’s day retreat, we are going to learn how to step outside of our fears and experience joy. Using the four indigenous healing salves, we will put into practice natural and powerful mechanisms we can always tap into to support our healing, creativity, and authenticity.
In Africa, we say that “If you can talk, you can sing, and if you walk, you can dance.” This saying highlights that we can experience joy any moment in time.
This program is designed to create a safe space for women to connect, nurture each other’s spiritual growth and transformation. We will leave the retreat, enlivened to make empowered choices that spontaneously spark joy and fulfillment.
