At Copper Beech Institute, we believe that mindfulness practice and contemplative wisdom can awaken our full potential for compassionate action, encouraging a healing shift in how we relate to one another and our interconnected world. Days of mindfulness at Copper Beech Institute provide space and time for practitioners with prior meditation experience to deepen their practice in a warm and supportive community. The day includes periods of mindfulness practice, teaching, conversation, periods of silence, and a nourishing lunch.
