Your “cosmic egg” is your life as you know it. Sometimes things happen that disrupt and even overwhelm us. Mindfulness can help us navigate these times of turbulence with grace and ease. It is possible to evolve from surviving to thriving.
During this daylong retreat, we will explore how mindfulness helps us create well-being in all areas of health — body, brain, energy, relationships, money, and career. We’ll practice mindfulness meditation and do some reflective exercises. You’ll leave feeling empowered with your personal well-being plan. The benefits you experience will also positively affect everyone around you.
