The Yoga of Recovery: The Path of Embodied Healing
With Aruni Futuronsky
February 16 - 18, 2018
IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners
In this workshop we will consider addiction as a body-centered process. Using the tools of yoga on and off the mat and the principles of 12-Step recovery, we will create strategies for practice, healing and wholeness.
All are welcomed, whether in and out of the rooms of recovery. If addiction has impacted your life through negative self-thoughts or the behavior of others, come and join us for a weekend of transformative practice and renewal. The weekend will include yoga practice, group discussion, time in solitude, laughter and storytelling.
Tuition is $250 plus accommodations.
