The Undefended Heart - Spring 2019
With Amanda Votto
March 14 - April 18, 2019
Mindful practice is instrumental in learning to harness our attention into the present moment. To fully embrace the present moment, we must have inner clarity, connection and compassion.
This six-week course is a deep dive into self-discovery and self-compassion. It is through the cultivation of self-compassion that we can tame our inner critic, identify our core wounds and triggers, set healthy boundaries (both inner and outer), work with challenging relationships, and learn how to meet our own “unmet” needs. We will discover how to create the conditions to awaken to our worthiness and live with an undefended heart.
Class dates: Thursday’s: March 14, 21, 28, April 4, 11, 18 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
