Self-care allows you to give the world the best of you, instead of what is left of you.  As the demands on healthcare providers and management continue to change and expand,  it is imperative that we take stock in our own wellness so that we can perform optimally and feel good about ourselves in the process.This retreat will offer several tools for developing awareness and choice regarding your self-care:  experience mindfulness, yoga, and drumming, as well as education about nutrition, sleep, and resilience.
