Setting Intention: A Vernal Equinox Ritual
With Miranda Chapman
March 21, 2020
In this live, online workshop, we intentionally invite in the verdant, renewing qualities of spring. Spring is such a beautiful time to reinvigorate our self-care practices and to slough off the heaviness that often accompanies wintertime. As we open to the fertility of spring, we can discover the spaces that need greater care and attention in our day-to-day lives and make effort to put to rest that which no longer serves us. Take this as an opportunity for renewal and the strengthen the practice of self-care. Breath in the fresh air of spring and exhale the heaviness of the cold winter months.
