Life itself sometimes feels like a heavy storm — emotional, relationship, financial challenges, competing priorities, busyness and restlessness of mind. In the swirl, how does one remain rooted? Join Rev. Shim Bo in this experiential workshop, including zen ritual and meditative and contemplative practices. Participants will be invited to develop their own ritual form, and encouraged to cultivate a more disciplined and grounded spiritual practice.
