The quality of care you give to your patients and clients is related to the quality of care you give to yourself.

The increased pace and demands of providing healthcare services can result in unhealthy levels of stress for providers who often feel their ability to cope has been exceeded. This scenario affects the quality of patient care as well as the healthcare practitioner’s sense of wellbeing, both professionally and personally.

Mindfulness practice can reduce job burnout, anxiety, depression and stress. The ability to improve focus and empathy enhances the capacity to be present with patients and in all other aspects of life. This retreat will teach the foundational skills of mindfulness and meditation, and offer other practical tools to refresh yourself throughout your day.

All healthcare professionals are welcome, including those new to the field.

Tuition is $125 and includes lunch.
