Self-Compassion and Our Inner Critic

Lovingkindness practice is an antidote to fear, an anchor in turbulent times, and a healing balm we can cultivate to blanket ourselves and one another in compassion. Learn and explore an ancient practice to build resilience, compassion for yourself, and an open heart for the world. In this session, we’ll enjoy a gently guided practice to soothe our weariness and anchor us in our deepest values.

In these sessions we will:
– Connect with each other on a human level.
– Experience evidence-based practices.
– Explore fresh perspectives on bringing these practices into our daily lives.
