Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
The pandemic has shined a very bright light on the many places in our own individual lives and shared communities where we need to do a better job of caring for one another. With a crisis of this magnitude, it’s quite possible for each of us to become overwhelmed, burned out, and emotionally paralyzed. This unprecedented shared experience has called us to reconsider what’s working and what needs to be surrendered. Many are recognizing that resilience practices are not a luxury, but an absolute necessity if we want to live and work sustainably and effectively over time. Join us to explore evidence-based mindfulness practice and the new normal we have an opportunity to create in our lives and communities.
In these sessions we will:
– Connect with each other on a human level.
– Experience evidence-based practices.
– Explore fresh perspectives on bringing these practices into our daily lives.
