Deep Breathing and Working with Trauma
Our ability to breathe is fundamental to our existence and a miraculous testament to the wonders of the human body. Every breath provides an opportunity to nourish, rejuvenate, and release what no longer serves us. This session will focus on exploring the healing properties of breathing by diving into the science of the breath. Join us to explore how our bodies respond to traumatic experiences and practice the art of letting go through mindful breathing.
In these sessions we will:
– Connect with each other on a human level.
– Experience evidence-based practices.
– Explore fresh perspectives on bringing these practices into our daily lives.
