Getting Real; Connecting with Colleagues and Practicing Stress-Reduction.

The pandemic has shined a very bright light on the many places in our communities and institutions where we need to do a better job of caring for one another. Yet with a crisis of this magnitude, it’s possible for each of us to become overwhelmed, burned out, and paralyzed. This unprecedented global crisis has called us to reconsider what’s working and what needs to be surrendered. Many are recognizing that resilience practices are not a luxury, but an absolute necessity if we want to work in public service sustainably and effectively over time. Join with colleagues for evidence-based mindfulness practice and brave conversation about what we are working with and the new normal we have an opportunity to create in our lives and communities.

In these sessions we will:
– Connect with our colleagues on a human level.
– Experience evidence-based practices proven to reduce stress and increase focus and clarity.
– Explore habit change and set intentions for moving forward.
