Cultivating Authenticity: Awakening Self-Compassion & Reconnecting with Your Soul
With Anna Yusim
September 14 - 16, 2018
Do you ever feel empty, alone or disconnected from your true essence? Have you lost track of your purpose and passion?
In this weekend retreat, we will reconnect with and honor the deepest parts of ourselves through contemplative practices such as mindfulness, loving-kindness meditation, journaling, and introspective psychological inquiry. These practices will help us improve our intuition and inner knowing, thereby strengthening our connection to the soul — our best friend and greatest guide.
Connecting to our soul is one way of connecting to the divinity within. We’ll explore other ways of connecting to divinity (whatever this concept means to you), including harnessing the power of synchronicity, elevating our consciousness, and embracing our interconnectedness. When we attend to the still quiet voice of our soul, our greater purpose and connection of divinity emerges. This retreat will help you harness this authentic power in the service of greater peace, purpose, and fulfillment.
Tuition is $250, plus accommodations.
