April Introduction to Meditation
With Anne Dutton
April 8, 2018
In this monthly two-hour gathering, we will explore what meditation is and its benefits, and how we practice meditation at Copper Beech Institute.
While meditation is intentionally simple on the conceptual level, it is not always easy to find agency or motivation to commit to it as a regular practice. This session will debunk some of the popular myths around meditation and offer a practical on-ramp to bringing this rich and beautiful tradition into your real life.
Once you have attended this program, you are welcome to attend future monthly sessions at no cost. You will also be prepared to join Breath by Breath and Candlelight Meditation, the regular communities of practice at Copper Beech Institute.
