When busy-ness or overwhelm dictate our lives, being with ourselves can sometimes becomes uncomfortable or even impossible. In this annual retreat with Miranda Chapman, we will explore the home we can cultivate within ourselves—a home where everything is welcome: the comfortable and uncomfortable, the familiar and unfamiliar. We will engage in yoga, meditation and mindfulness, dialogue, and experiential exercises to cultivate the resilience and greater care for ourselves to help weather any storm. The retreat will include a candlelight labyrinth walk and reception on Saturday night.
